Our experience with timing and producing athletic events extends back over 35 years, to 1988 when owner William Wyckoff began hosting trail running events as fund-raisers for the high school cross country program that he coached in the mountains of Colorado. - We announce important logistical information, such as packet pick-up and registration procedures, bib number and chip placement instructions, bathroom locations, highlight sponsors, update the current race time, emcee the awards ceremony and more to help you communicate clearly with your participants.

Virtual Race Management Assistance
To support you in the production of a virtual race event, we provide the following services:
- Online registration set up, calendar listing and data management assistance.
- Managing a Virtual Race Results platform for your event, where participants can easily upload their finish time (along with an optional photo) and join your event results live online. As always, this includes the ability to identify overall winners and division winners, should you choose to do awards.

- Providing logistical advisement on packet pick up and/or facilitating your packet pick up distribution by way of mailing out shirts/bibs/medals to participants on your behalf
